Every piece is built to order from hand‑selected kiln‑dried cherry, maple, red oak (and walnut) hardwoods, crafted with a blend of old‑world woodworking techniques (like dovetail and mortise & tenon joinery) and modern precision tools including CAD and CNC machining. Their eco-conscious process minimizes waste saw dust becomes livestock bedding, scrap wood heats barns, finishing solvents are recycled and solar heat plus cogeneration reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
